I hereby confirmed the genuineness and legitimacy of the offer given to you to work as an ''Associate professor - Faculty of Clinical Biochemistry, Appiled Medical Science'' in our prestigious Khalifa University, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. with Job Ref: KUA/43/UAE/6987 and a net monthly salary of Forty - Five Thousand, Five Hundred Emirati Dirham's (AED45,500 ) plus all the Allowances/Entitlements as stated below:
Car Maintenance: AED 5,200 (Monthly)
House & Furnishings: AED 43,500 (Yearly)
Entertainment & Recreation: AED 4,000 (Monthly)
Travel & Events: AED 5000 (Monthly)
will also be paid along with your salary and you are expected to resume duties on the date of 10th September, 2017, you are still on the right track. As the HR Manager of the University, i signed your contract document.
What you have to do is to send the signed Appointment Letter, passport copies, photo passport to the Al Madani Travel & Tour Int'l, UAE, for them to guide you on the acquisition and procurement of your work-permit and other necessary document as to enable you work legally here in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates as we have a contract agreement with Al Madani Travel for the easiest procession of your papers.
Regarding your flight ticket, Khalifa University, has already made provisions for your flight tickets. I think you should start considering the Offer given to you and quit your present job, for coming to Abu Dhabi will boost your career and enhance it for more opportunities in the near future.
