I received your mail with the attached answers to the interview questions that was sent by you. First i wish to appreciate your interest and willingness to work in our company. The management have endorsed your position as a Production Engineer. It will become official when you have entered into agreement with the company.

In this mail there is an attached document called the Contract Agreement Letter, which you have to sign only if you agree with the terms and conditions there in and return it back to us immediately for other official recording. Importantly, we wish to inform you that time is no-longer on our side as the closure of this year enrollment is fast approaching. Having signed the agreement, you are requested to scan the data page of your passport and send it to us for hopefully further process.

However, after receiving this agreement letter duly signed by you, we will contact you for Appointment/Offer letter. After that you will be directed to our coordinator in immigration office . He will be the person to process your work permit documents.

Note: All applicants will take care of the processing fee of their Visa/Work Permit, Highly Skilled Migrant Permit (HSMP) and other relevant documents with our coordinator in Switzerland Embassy in their respective countries. Though all the expenses incurred during this traveling document procurement will be reimburse to the employee within five days upon submission of all their receipt of expenses. The company will provide flight ticket and house accommodation for the employees.

Print out this document and sign after reading it and send it back to us for office use, awaiting to receive this agreement letter dully sign as soon as possible.

Another Scam Email from Scammer Pretending to be with Embassy

And you have to join the organization on or before 27th, DECEMBER, 2014 with the reference to your resume application and the successful signed agreement form provided by you; our management has decided to offer you the above position. The Employment letter guarantee is given to you to reassure you that the Firm is committed to your successful resumption of duty as expected, As we had already confirm from the Embassy that your visa will be issue as soon as you provide the requirement for your visa stamping approval.
