We are delighted that you have agreed to join our factory in the important position as a Fish Packer
the purpose of this letter is to confirm our mutual agreement with respect to the terms of your employment.

Work Schedule and Hours of Service: You will have one days off per week, normally Sunday. You
understand that by virtue of the nature of the position there will be occasions when scheduling
changes will be necessary to accommodate our schedule. Your services may be required on holidays.
The nature of this position together with the variability of our needs for service can sometimes cause
need for your services beyond the general scope of this agreement.

Duties: You will have primary responsibility for all aspects of the management of the inside of the
factory as we direct.

Compensation: Your starting salary will be CAD20 per hour and additional CAD22 for extra hour. Your starting date will be 22nd September 2013. And Contract would be for 2 years Renewable.

Benefits: You will be provided medical benefits, Free Accommodation, Transportation and Other fringe benefits. Your eligibility for such benefits is subject to the provisions of our employee benefit plan with respect to waiting periods etc.

Vacation: After the first 8 months of employment, you are eligible for 28.5 days paid vacation and
thereafter you may plan to take up to a week of paid leave for each completed 8 month period. You
taking vacation leave is naturally contingent upon a schedule which is mutually acceptable to both
yourself and to us. Vacation time can not be accumulated beyond 4 weeks of total earned vacation
time

Other terms: Food/Accommodation/Medical/Transportation/Air ticket provided to employee.
Performance Appraisals: At 4 months 8 months and annually thereafter.

Other: We expect you to reflect my high ethical and legal standards at all times whether on or of.
If this Letter of Agreement accurately reflects your understanding of our relations and is completely
acceptable to you. Please sign and return a copy of this letter. If you have any questions concerning
this agreement. please get back to us.
