This is to inform you that this letter will be null and void in case you do not report at the date and time specified in this letter.

As per the hospital policy, you will be on Contract for a period of 2 Years

(Renewable) and then, based on your performance and review you will be taken to the next level of employment in the organization.

During your Contract period you are entitled to take 30 working days annual leave. In case of emergency for any extra leave requests however the decision will be upon the management.

Attached herewith is the soft copy of your employment confirmation letter and upon your acceptance of this offer, please sign and send back to us a copy on email attachment for the approval of your job appointment offer with our hospital.

Note that before we can secure your Quota Certification and obtain your UK Work and Residence Permit / Visa the London / UK government requires that all prospective employee must pass through the London Advisory and Conciliation Service (LACS) and secure the London Employment And Social Security Certificate according to the London Advisory and Conciliation (London) Service Law 2003.

Ownership of this certificate ensures that the London Advisory and Conciliation Service (LACS) will weigh in if there happen to be dispute between Employer and Employee. Any residence and Work Permit / Visa application without the London Employment And Social Security Certificate will not be granted the approval for the processing of his/her traveling papers. So in other to obtain this required certificate which the London, UK government requires from any prospective coming to work in UK should request the assistant of a senior attorney/accredited one who can help in making contact with the issuance office to request for details to obtain the certificate which is LONDON EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL SECURITY CERTIFICATE.
